By accessing and using the Promptly platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
02Description of Service
Promptly provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to deploy conversational assistants on their websites. The service includes chatbot creation, knowledge base management, analytics, and widget distribution.
03User Accounts
Accounts are created by workspace administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
04Usage Limits
Each workspace operates within the usage limits of its subscription tier. Monthly message quotas, token limits, and cost caps apply. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service suspension unless overage billing is enabled.
05Data and Privacy
We take data privacy seriously. Conversation data is isolated per workspace. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
06Prohibited Use
You may not use Promptly to distribute harmful content, conduct phishing, spam end users, or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
07Limitation of Liability
Promptly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
